At Faculty Fitness, our philosophy is based on one principle idea: balance. A balanced body moves better—and that not only creates more potential for function and performance, but also for a long and healthy life.

Student athletes are specializing in sports at younger ages than ever, leading to a rise in overuse injuries. And that’s why we’re here. In order to perform consistently at a high level, all athletes, regardless of age, need a more balanced approach.

Our unique training methodology incorporates more than 20 years of training experience, deep research, and consultation with physical therapists and musculoskeletal experts, to develop well-rounded athletes, conditioned not only to excel in their sport, but to more readily avoid injury due to overtraining and repetitive use.

We want all of our student athletes to experience the joy of movement, feel more confident in their abilities, and attain the skills needed to thrive on and off the field.
