Foundational Fitness

Fitness should be a life-long pursuit. Our cornerstone program helps set up our students to be more productive and safer in the competitive environment.

Learning the fundamental elements of movement and alignment will instill the five pillars of physical literacy: hopping, jumping, landing, running and overall confidence.

In these sessions, athletes will learn to balance better, engage their core, and strengthen their bodies. By the end, athletes will be able to display physical competence laying the groundwork for future physical self-mastery.
