Graduates of our program have been recruited by many of the country’s leading colleges and universities and have gone on to compete in lacrosse, soccer, tennis, squash, and golf.

We partner with Maryland independent schools to enhance your child’s learning experience through athletic enrichment. Held on campus, after school and on weekends, our clinics are designed to help your child develop into a strong and healthy student athlete. Our methodology
Student athletes are specializing in sports at younger ages than ever, leading to a rise in overuse injuries. In order to perform consistently at a high level, all athletes, regardless of age, need a balanced approach to fitness.
Our unique training methodology incorporates more than 20 years of training experience, deep research, and consultation with physical therapists and musculoskeletal experts, to develop well-rounded athletes, conditioned not only to excel in their sport, but to more readily avoid injury due to overtraining and repetitive use.
